If you can think of it, you can do it ;) PostGIS is only an extension of PostgreSQL. You might want to check how roles and users work on PostgreSQL: http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.4/static/user-manag.html Anyway, try not to create a new thread every time you have a new question of the same topic.
