Especially if you already use QGIS Desktop, QGIS Server is probably the simplest option, see e.g. http://linfiniti.com/2010/08/qgis-mapserver-a-wms-server-for-the-masses/ For WFS I would recommend TinyOWS http://www.tinyows.org/, extremely simple to install and configure.
