I loaded shapes from a .shp file in both oracle and pgis.
I compared them in OpenJump and no differences were found between the shapes in
the two systems.
However when calculate the areas (ST_Area & SDO_AREA) and I compare them shape
by shape I encounter some significant differences (>5%).
Has anyone experienced that?
