I'm happy if "generic" funds go to setting up and improving a testing infrastructure. Also, getting buildbot back up on OSGEO would be even better, so it's up for more projects.
I've done some experience with buildbot recently taking up the one for Gnash [1], btw; only didn't find time to work on the OSGEO one yet.
