Yes, loading postgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql and, if you enabled raster, rtpostgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql and, if you enabled topology, topology_upgrade_20_minor.sql. Theoretically (when it works) the postgis_full_version() should tell you which you need to load.
