Hello! I have a large ESRI file geodatabase that I wish to import into postgis, and am curious about the status of postgis2fgdb (http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/browser/spike/pramsey/postgis2fgdb). Has it been successfully used? Are there any examples or documentation to help guide the process, or restrictions that I should be aware of? I understand that the file geodatabase driver needs to be compiled into gdal with the ESRI API, and the file geodatabase needs to be created with ArcGIS 10+.
