Hi, download .tar.gz and rebuild it, then running: /postgis/postgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql /topology/topology_upgrade_20_minor.sql /raster/rt_pg/rtpostgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql as postgres user for apply to your dbs!
