The reverse geocoder uses zcta table where as the geocoder does not. Verify that data is filled. There should be one for each state you load like fl_zcta. That load I added in 2.0.0 so it should be there (assuming you have the 2.0.0 tar ball) and be part of the loading, but not sure I tested it on Linux though so I might have an error somewhere there.
