Olivier, I note that some of the FDO drivers support GeoDatabase versions. This is of course fine if you are prepared to use the ArcSDE dlls which normally underly the drivers. If you want data-level (at the database) integration, the knowns are known, as are the unknowns but will take effort to turn the unknowns into knowns. Not hard, just effort.
