Hi All, I have this file I downloaded from geocomm and I am trying to figure out what the SRID for it in postgis would be. Have no idea. Can someone please help? Some sample x,y,z values in the file are

But could not figure out which one I should be using in Postgis. I basically want to transform that co-ordinate system into something more manageable where say each x,y,z value lies in the range of [0,1000] or something like that.
