potlatch2 doesn't recognize shop=books, and its preset for a bookstore is
shop=book.
shop=books is what is listed on Map Features. There is also a wiki for
shop=books at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dbooks
(And if you don't trust the wiki, an XAPI query clearly shows that
shop=books is preferred by a wide margin.)
