Excellent - thank you for the steps to reproduce. It was a problem when
deleting a single node in a way with Delete (I always use Escape so hadn't
noticed :) ). Fixed in the latest svn build, not deployed yet. There are
still a few edge cases where something similar might occur but hopefully
much rarer.
