Currently shortcut keys (J, P, Q...) are assigned in any of the Controller
classes and can happily conflict. I've twice now assigned a shortcut key
in one class, only to discover later that it conflicted with another one.
So at the least we need a central list (perhaps on the wiki) of which
shortcuts are being used for what.
