Grant has changed osm.org so it requires 10.1.102, which is the final 10.1 release. The main problem with the unfixed version in my experience was that the drag-and-drop icons loaded partially or not at all; AFAICT, the exception thrown (a VerifyError for the unknown MouseCursorData class) interrupted all pending load requests.
