Had a letter under the door this week of the two brothers who run the
offices
Dear Tenants,
Unfortunately we have decided that we will not be renewing our lease on 50
Broad St when it expires next month. We are currently looking to leave the
property on the 31 July. Hopefully this will not affect you as an existing
tenant as other parties are currently looking to either purchase the
building or take on the lease and we hope that they will continue offer the
offices on a monthly licence as per your current agreement.
We would however like to make you aware that there is a possibility that
this may not be the case depending on how things develop in the coming
weeks. We will of course keep you informed as soon as we have more
information and will make sure you that we honour the 1 month notice period
as per our agreement should that need arise.
