Hi Tim,

I'm not sure if it's a mistake or not, but Service sections should
really be inside ListenHTTP or ListenHTTPS directives.

You may also want to change your 'Alive' value to something like '10' or
'15'. 2 seconds is a bit too short an interval, IMO.
