We've been running the newest code on our production machines since the weekend, and everything looks good. The problem with long lines has not resurfaced.

We've also used the new HTTS directive, and it has worked properly. I would recommend making it a stable version (if nobody else has seen any issues).

BTW, I've been compiling a list of features/enhancements we'd like to see added in future versions. I will send them in separate emails later in the week.

This is to announce the release of Pound v2.5d. This is an experimental
version - the fourth in the 2.5 series (and incidentally also the second
release candidate for 2.5). Changes since version 2.5c:

Enhancements:
  - added support for --disable-pcreposix, --disable--tcmalloc,
    --disable-hoard in configuration script

Bug fixes:
  - fixed problem with long input lines in http.c
  - if libpcreposix is present, then pcreposix.h must also be present

The software is at version 2.5d (beta quality). Further testing
(especially under heavy loads), improvements and suggestions are
welcome.
