This is to announce the release of Pound v2.5. This is a stable version.

- fixed XML format to avoid problems with brain-dead parsers
- fixed Redirect to accept "/" as a path, so that "Redirect
http://x/"; is considered an absolute path, but "Redirect http://x";
is not

- fixed generation of ephemeral RSA keys (avoid premature locking)
- added pre-generated DH parameters
The software is at version 2.5 (production quality). Further testing
(especially under heavy loads), improvements and suggestions are
welcome.
