All,

I've finally been able to get my ssl pass-through working with pound.
However, when using it with Internet Explorer 6 and 7, it's so terribly
slow, that it's impossible to use. (However, with Firefox, it's very fast.)

Has anyone found a fix for this with Internet Explorer and pound? Right now,
my boss refuses to let me use pound for a load balancer because of how slow
it is with Internet Explorer (and we have 500 people that will need to be
using it.)

My setup:

User>Pound Sever (SSL)> backend server1(SS) and backend server2 (SSL).

So, my pound server has an SSL certificate, as well as both of my backend
web servers have SSL certs. So, it seems like it's doing double duty by
first using SSL encryption with pound and then another SSL encryption with
the backend servers. (For some reason Firefox has no problem with that, but
Internet Explorer can't handle it.)

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? (I really like pound, so I'm
trying everything I can to get my company to use it!)

Thank you

Anne
