[Pound Mailing List] Very slow TLS handshake after update to pound 2.6

Hello,

I just updated our server to pound 2.6, and now page loads are
incredibly slow. Running curl -vk shows that connections are hanging for
about 20 seconds between:

* SSLv3, TLS handshake, Client hello (1):

and

* SSLv3, TLS handshake, Server hello (2):

The system is under a gentle load, has plenty of free memory, and no
iowait to speak of.

This update was part of an OS update from Debian Squeeze to Wheezy, so I
apologize if I should be asking about another component elsewhere.
