For Debian 7 (wheezy) - there will be some backports soon - I'm the maintainer of pound in debian and am currently trying to finish the packages off and get them in... Not noticed anything - the company I work for also support pound, so we've actually got a very close to what'll hit wheezy backports version in production use for a number of customers.
