It's passed directly to fopen() so no wildcards.
If you wanted to include multiple files from one config entry, you'd have to
use my IncludeDir patch. (in the 2.7 staged for upstream branch) Still no
wildcards, but supports conf.d type structures.

Include "/path/to/file"
Include the file as though it were part of the configuration file
