Trying to upgrade our Ubuntu server to 18.04 - looks like the pound package
was removed.

The publishing history for pound shows that the package was deleted from Ubuntu
on 26th February 2018 while 18.04 was still in development. The package was not
being maintained and was incompatible with other packages.

It looks like there was some minor work done for version 2.8

Maintenance is easiest when there is a package - I can configure and make if
need to but wanted to know what others are doing who are using pound and ubuntu.
