I remember I already reported this once in the past.
At that time, I thought that 'reboot' solved the problem
(:felt a little strange even at that time) but I was wrong.

My mouse hotkeys are "right drag left" & "right drag right".
(I disabled all other mouse-related proggies, even mousetrap.)
Then, they just don't work. But, after I add "chord ..." hotkey
they suddenly start to work! It doesn't matter whether "chord"
is 'l+m' or 'l+r' or 'm+r'. The presence of any one of them
makes "mouse drag hotkeys" working. If I disable "chord" hotkey,
they just stop working again.

Is it only me, or are there some others experiencing this?
