Confirmed! How strange?
I did the tests myself, and it seems that:
'r=0X0D 'n=0X0A 'r'n=0X0D0A

And, the help file of 'file' plugin is indeed indicating this:
'r is "Carriage Return" and 'n is "Line Feed"(:"New Line")

Very sorry for having bothered you with this hasty useless
comment. I can't recall atm, however, why I got this wrong
idea, since I also thought at first that
'r is "Carriage Return" and 'n is "Line Feed"
