Well, you're right in a sense. I'm personally so facsinated about the Case-Sensitivity of map-plugin. I'm still wondering why Bruce brought it to the Window's world which seems to be ignorant of 'Case'. I presume that my interest in it is mainly due to the deep impact of TAR on me, since I'm not by any means a 'nix freak. But, it's pratically for those who might meet a difficulty while trying to transfer from an already existed alias script, e.g., Luciano's one which seems to be very popular in this community, to the autocompletion script. Essentially it only requires to add "myAliasVec[vec.length(myAliasVec)]=myKey". Yes, it's definitely not for whom like you. I knew from your previous posts that you've already had your own script to do autocompletion.
