As suggested to me here earlier, I had {slow}{toany ^*}{win}{win}
defined to a mouse button in order to bring up the Start bar. But if
the window at which the button was clicked was busy, it did nothing.
So I tried {slow}{to Desktop}{win}{win}. But that still does nothing
when directed to a busy window, while normally working fine.
Clearly my model of what's going on is bad. Can anyone help me with
that model? Can anyone help me achieve what I want -- reliably
bringing up the Start bar using the mouse. The keyboard key defined
as {slow}{win}{win} is absolutely reliable.
Thanks -- Vincent
