Thanks for you tip. Here is what i did:

Menu
Folder
C:\Winapps\PowerPro\custom clips

and then your suggestion
nosubdir mne noext embed center sorttime MaxText 33  cmd "Clip 
filePaste"

in the "format keywords" box

I get the menu to display but still am unable to paste the selected 
menu item into notepad.

Any other ideas are appreciated.
