The {Wx} pauses for X tenths of a second between the keystrokes on
either side of it. Because it only accepts a single digit, David has
demonstrated the use of four of these pauses, which total to 30 tenths
of a second, or three seconds.

After these {Wx} strings you would include your next set of
keystrokes.

*Keys 123{W9}{W9}{W9}{W3}456

Just hoping that this makes it a little clearer. :-)
