I have a script that does the same thing for all windows, PowerPro
bars, etc.
Because I like to overlap window borders, and others would like to do
something else, it would be nice in addition to your suggestion, if a
WINDOWS.plugin were developed to include all Windows System metrics:
WIN.GetSystemMetrics("SM_CXBORDER" | "SM_CYBORDER"),
SM_CXFIXEDFRAME,SM_CYFIXEDFRAME,SM_CXMAXIMIZED,SM_CYMAXIMIZED
etc.
