IMHO a single Properties section sounds like a better idea
anyway. I think splitting it would be confusing and a potential
cause of errors, with no added convenience that I can imagine.
That would become even more true if inifiles were later expanded
to describe more than one command list. I dread to imagine more
than one set of Properties split and scattered at random through
the file.
