The application I'm using, Eicon Aviva, recognizes the right ctrl and the 'pad enter' as the default "Enter" key to process commands. The normal 'Enter' key does another thing (inserts linefeed). The left ctrl also does another thing. Anyway, the workaround I did was to remap the keys so the scripts would work.
