Expanding the FAQ with this and other issues - both resolved and unresolved - should also be a priority. The doc will then probably grow to 2 Mb - around 300 K compressed. In that case we _could_ separate the FAQ and link to it from the doc but I personally think that would be more of a hassle than an advantage..
