After upgrading to v.3.8.15 I noticed that a note whose category is set to !=notepad, doesn't automatically open when notepad is started. To get it to pop up I have to switch to a new desktop and then back again to the desktop where notepad is running. Is this broken? I'm on win2k sp4.
