Actually, that was what I suspected, but what made me hesitate to conclude was Alex's example, in which the index was 1. Anyway, what I found out so far is: If the icon file is *.icl or *.ico, index 0 shows the mal-behavior, but other indices (in *.icl) displays correctly.
