In pproconf, Setup, Advanced, Other, there is a checkbox called
"Use internal folder icon to represent submenus on menus".
Check: uses the second icon inside powerpro.exe.
Uncheck: uses the system's folder icon.

Normally the system's folder icon is the one from shell32.dll.
I understand you told the system to use a different icon for
folders.
If you UNcheck the checkbox mentioned above, I guess PowerPro's
menus will start using your new custom folder icon.

------------------------------------------

If that fails (I mean if PP shows the system's default icon
from shell32 instead of your new custom system icon)
this workaround should work:

Use Microangelo or similar to change the second icon in
powerpro.exe. Then check "Use internal folder icon to represent
submenus on menus".
