seems with the fix of "on Top" problem, version 3.8.19, has created new problem with alarm messages
messages can no longer be edited once they alarm and are displayed you may reset/recycle alarms with the OK button - you may ring copies of alarms in ... but do not edit the contents of displayed message message will disappear for good with the possible exception of restoring from the previous backups *.pcf simpler step-by-step ? - [ I'm borrowing some steps from David Troesch - Thanks ] - Run *Configure Scheduler choose Setup verify " Allow changes to *Message when displayed " is checked off no other changes - save your settings - Run *Configure NewReminderMessage (or you can manually create a scheduler item with the *message command) - Add some text to the "Enter Text" field, and change the "Interval" dropdown to 5 minutes. - Let the alarm ring. Only "Allow Alarm changes" is checked, just click Ok (It reschedules the *Message back for another 5 mins from now). once the alarm has displayed once or twice - change the contents of MSG - select OK again - message never comes back ?
