Based on what you have written here, it appears to me that you wish to
invoke ClocX's Options dialogue box? (A right click on the tray icon,
followed by a press of the Down key results in the �Options...� menu
item being selected.)

I think I read somewhere that you wish to toggle the clock's
visibility? If so, have you considered closing down ClocX if it is
running and invoking it if not?
