Yup, for the proggies which are changing the captions of
the trayicon windows, but not for "ClocX".
I'm now suspecting one special option of the "ClocX", but
I can't test it atm since I don't have ClocX here at home.

No, it's none of the above kinds. It is consisted of two
windows, 1) seems an analog clock window, and 2) seems
the tray icon window, and both have static "caption" and "class" names:
1) caption "ClocX" ; class "#32770"
2) no caption at all ; class "AfxFrameOrView42"

BTW, the item created in !pproitem!.ini by PP is:
ClocX=1024 31234 {\xF8}ClocX{\x13}AfxFrameOrView42{\xF7}
It seems that PP fetched the caption "ClocX" from the app
name, i.e., this has nothing to do with the caption of 1).
If I changed the app name from "ClocX" to "Clock", then
the caption in 1) still remained as "ClocX", but the ClocX
in the pproinfo's item was changed from "ClocX" to "Clock"
if I retrained the tray icon.
This is what I can't understand about this "ClocX",
with the appearence of strange symbols {\xF8} & {\xF7}:
"what on earth PP fetched the name of the application as
the caption for?"
I suspect that the training and getting the final infos needed
about this trayicon has been finished somehow incompletely ...
