You will need to find out what command PowerPro performs in the case,
and then add that command to the .IfDoubleClick call.
I don't use bars with active buttons anymore but doesn't a single
click result in something like a bringing-to-front of that window?
Perhaps something like Window.Show("ActiveBar") will do the trick...?
