Yes, this is a known limitation; you can only use one cmd with multiple embeds. No plans to address for now, maybe a future release. The other bugs fall into the "If I try to fix this, I may break something else". I have a stable 4.1 release now, so I am not planning to change anything unless a serious bug is reported.
