I'm not sure when it was changed...but under the Command list tab, I 
noticed when I was making my last wink that if you have an Empty 
commandlist, the buttons are disabled (they're smarter context-
sensitive buttons now =) ). 

*I* know that you can right-click in the main item list area, and 
choose add before so you can make your first item in an empty  
list...but that might not be so obvious to newer users of powerpro. 
Think you can take the enable/disable smarts out of at least one of 
the add buttons so you can always button-create your first item?
