I start powerpro in an XP logon script. There are no powerpro-related
items in any startup folder or in any registry "run" key. Yet I often
get this message when powerpro starts:

---------------------------
Windows PowerPro
---------------------------
6
Cannot read configuration file.
Ensure PowerPro is only being started once and not being started in
scheduler:
D:\POWERPRO3.1\pproconf.pcf
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

What causes it? Thanks.
