Hi Ted,
Generally I agree with all your points so I won't discuss
them in detail except this one:

T> Should there be one page summarizing the special command
T> list names like Autorun, pproShutdown, reconfigure, ...

Yes there should.
That will be fixed by completing the existing list under "purpose"
in the topic: "Command Lists" dialog.

Can anybody see that a type of command list is missing
from the following rough notes?
__________________________________________________

Seems to me there are two groups of command lists,
[A] those with a hard coded name, such as Reconfigure,
(you can check or uncheck, but cannot choose a name)
[B] those you can name yourself.

[A] fixed name command lists

"Reconfigure": Check box in Advanced Setup, Configuration,
'Run Reconfigure with new configuration'.

"Monitor": Check box in Command Lists, Setup, Special Lists.

"PProShutdown": No setting or checkbox. If command list PProShutdown
exists, it is run when you exit from Powerpro.

"Context" and "ContextFolder": for Explorer and file managers;
requires installing context menu support on the main Setup tab.

[B] command lists you can name

Tray: put items in this list in the tray
Open: this is the "autorun" list
Active: to set non standard icons for active buttons
Icons: to set custom icons for tray minimised windows
Those 4 are set in dropdowns in Command Lists, Setup, Special Lists

Also there is a checkbox in Desktops, Setup
"Configure virtual desktops"
"Rerun command list with desktop name each time desktop is activated"

Plus, of course: bars, menus, macros, scripts

There isn't any other kind of command list is there?

It looks like the errors sent so far will be the last
which can be corrected in this edition; else the process
will last forever and 4.1 will never be released :-)

Many thanks to those who reported errors
