I really mean ' " as they're easiest to reach on my keyboard and are more consistently used - in my experience - in writing and programming. Depending on the PC I'm using, or the application I'm using, it just isn't reliable. It doesn't work at all with Ecco. It doesn't work with vim (but in another way).
