Maybe you missed the previous posts or my point.
My conclusion here was what 'vec.localcopy(v)' does is just,
sort of, 'case("sentence",v)', and nothing more.

Forgive me if I misunderstood you here.
There is no such thing as a 'localcopy' vector, IMHO.
There is only one, 'main', vector. The 'localcopy' merely
shares the vector with 'main', or more precisely maybe,
simply resorts to the 'main' vector.
Of course this is just my opinion.
