Hi John,
Been playing around trying to get a solution, the problem seems to be
giving Fireworks the full path to the file in Irfanview but...
If you launch file info window ( i key ) all the required info is
there, so I wrote this script in Autoit V3 to pull the file name into
a text file that power-pro can read:
; Autoit V3 Script needs compiling
; Download Autoit from www.autoscript.com
$File1="c:\tmp\gettext.txt"
$File2="c:\tmp\fname.txt"
$text = WinGetText("IrfanView - Image properties", "")
FileOpen ( $File1, 2 )
FileWriteLine ($File1, $Text )
FileClose($file1)
$Text2=FileReadLine ( $File1,4)
FileOpen ( $File2, 2 )
FileWriteLine ($File2, $Text2)
FileClose($file2)
; For testing only remove
MsgBox(0, "File Name is :", $text2 )
; Also requires a line to shut info window
;Powerpro
keys i
wait 2
do("abovescript.exe","","","")
then read line in from text file (haven't got time to read helpfiles
its going home time yipee!!!)
I imagine there is a way to do it with pure power-pro, but I couldn't
find anything in the help files. Is there a plugin to read window
text ???
HTH
Steve
