My IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service is already set to start manually, and
I have already disabled CD recording on the drives that support it.

Funnily enough, on right-clicking my CD drive's icon to access its
Properties, I received no No Disk error this time; so it appears to be
an intermittent error.

My apologies for the bogus error report I will pay more attention to
what's going on when it happens again and I will post my findings.
