Anyway... Is there a reason for wanting to max/restore a child window with a powerpro hotkey instead of just clicking the max/restore button in the application?
It seems that, at best, it would take a lot of time to try making it work reliably for all MDI apps; more likely it could take a lot of time to find that it just isn't possible. Even if it eventually succeeds perfectly in all cases, it seems like a lot of time and effort for a tiny potential benefit, just to save one mouse click on the max/restore button.
