When you close a note, it gets saved to a folder corresponding to its 
category.  Did you assign an category to these notes?  If not, I 
suspect you will find them saved in your default category folder 
(Possibly "No Category").

Category and other info is stored in a "hidden" line at the start of 
the note file by PowerPro; PowerPro does _not_ look at the folder 
where the note came from to decide the category.

You can use the note plugin to assign a category to the notes, or you 
could manually open them once as notes and assign the category.
